Service Care are supporting a national social care service whoe are looking for a Senior Recovery Practitoner to join their teamn on a contract basis
Role: Senior Recovery Practitioner
Rate: £20.26 to £22.10 per hour (PAYE inc.)/ £23 to £25 per hour (Umbrella/Ltd)
Location: Manchester
Working: 5 days per week. 37.5 hours.
Contract: 3 months on going

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs related to substance misuse
- Develop and implement tailored recovery plans.
- History of management.
- Offer ongoing support and motivational interviewing to promote sustained recovery
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Document all interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Collaborate with external agencies and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care
- Promote client engagement and retention in recovery programs
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and compliance standard
- Proven experience in substance misuse recovery or related fields
- Strong understanding of addiction treatment and recovery pathways
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid DBS clearance and compliance checks
