Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with special educational needs
- Assist in delivering a tailored curriculum designed around individual learning needs
- Support students’ academic development alongside their personal, social and emotional growth
- Help implement individual learning and behaviour plans
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Work closely with teaching staff and wider professionals to monitor progress and adapt support strategies
- Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement in learning
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to supporting young people
- Passionate about education and making a lasting difference
- Calm and confident in managing challenging situations
- Adaptable and able to build strong relationships with students
