Production Operator

We're looking for a Production Operator to join our clients' engineering team in Perth. This is a practical, hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working Monday to Thursday, 6:45am-4:00pm (35 hours/week).

What you'll do:

• Operate and maintain a range of production machinery within the engineering department (full training provided)
• Handle materials, carry out visual inspections, coiling, and movement of goods
• Support daily production output while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Assist engineering and maintenance teams with fault finding and repairs
• Accurately complete all required paperwork and production records

What we're looking for:

• Positive, team-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or manual role (desirable)
• Willingness to learn and follow Health & Safety procedures
• Good hand skills and confidence using tools and machinery
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
